Please note Life in Yoga Foundation is a charitable organization with a philosophy
that no service should be denied to anyone because of a cost. Nevertheless to allow
us to pay for the service we request donations to cover the cost. We request $10
per CD/DVD and $5 in shipping and handling costs for the first CD/DVD and $2.50 for each
additional CD/DVD.
To receive your CD/DVDs,
- First go to the Donations page and donate a minimum of $15 for one CD/DVD, $27.50 for
both CD/DVDs or for two copies of the same CD/DVD. For larger orders, please use the cost
formula noted above.
- You will get a confirmation email from Google Checkout confirming your donation.
- Please forward that email to info@lifeinyoga.org, and make sure you include the
following:
- Name of the person to be sent the CD/DVD and
- the full shipping address
- CD/DVD titles and requested quantities
- You should expect delivery within 2 weeks. Urgent requests that require delivery
in about a week will be entertained, but cannot be guaranteed. For 2 day delivery
please add an additional $20 to the total for one or two CD/DVDs or you can arrange
for a pick up by any courier at your expense immediately after you receive a reply
to your email sent to info@lifeinyoga.org.

This video is meant for those who are trained in the Life in Yoga
regular Yoga regimen consisting of SuryaNamaskaar, Taadaasana, Bhujangaasana, Salabhaasana,
Dhanuraasana, Sarvaangaasana, Matysyaasana, Chakraasana, Ardhamatsyendra and Relaxation.
This video is useful to play and exercise along with it.
Practice Video: KAPAALABHAATI
AND MEDITATION
This video is meant for those who are trained in the
Life in Yoga Breath yoga exercices and Meditation approach. This consists of the
five rounds of Kapaalabhaati with hand positions, Bhramari and AtmaVyakta mudra,
followed by Meditation. This video is useful for daily practice -- to play and follow.

Life in Yoga teachers should normally carry a limited stock of these videos, Those
who wish to avoid shipping costs or those who cannot afford to pay for a CD/DVD can
request copies from a teacher in any Life in Yoga session.
